I Was Walking From My Car In The Garage Back

I was walking from my car in the garage back in house and felt sudden weakness in the back of my body from waist down. I have never felt such weakness before. I sit down for a few minutes and haven't felt like that anymore but it was the worst weakness that I have ever felt. Just felt like I could not take another step. What could it be?
