I Was Walking Off A Curb And Took A Misstep

I was walking off a curb and took a misstep when my foot hit the ground I felt a sharp pan shoot down my leg. I go on a bus drove home and went to bed the next day I had a pain in my hip and when I walked a felt a burni9ng sensation in my shin. I have not been able to sleep for weeks as there is pain when I lie down. I am in good shape 22yrs old and 178lbs. It has been about 4 weeks and I still have pain but it has moved around and it is sometimes difficult to fall asleep.
