I Was Walking On My Side Yard In The Dark

I was walking on my side yard in the dark and kicked a cement block and went down in pain. I'm 72 years young, but the nail is a very dark color, which may be blood, and now the end of the right big toe is really getting red from the tip to with 1/4 inch past where the nail grows and it is very warm. Should I see someone for this or will something I can do at home help. This happen two nights ago. Please advise or if I should go into an urgent care place first thing tomorrow, since it is now closed??? I thought this was a "Free" question? I will not be going any further with you on this matter. Please close this case. Thank You
