I Was Walking The Neighborhood This Evening When I Encountered

I was walking the neighborhood this evening when I encountered an uneven area in the sidewalk and I went flying! When I got home abt five minutes, I had a huge lump abt five inches in length on the side of my forearm. My husband got an ice bag from the freezer for this and a smaller knot on my knee (both left side). Now several hours later I am having pain in my wrist when I move it but no pain or discomfort in the swollen area. Even though I removed the ice bag an hour ago, the swollen is cold to touch. What do you think? Thx!
