I Was Wanting To Know, The Other Night My Boyfriend

I was wanting to know, the other night my boyfriend thought his ribs were broke and coughed real hard and thought it punctured his lung! Well he went to hospital an was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and pleurisy! And i have been scared to death since, cuz all I know is what I've read online about pleurisy an I wanted to know, do I need to be worried that his lung could collapse or is he just in a lot of pain? I don't know what I need to watch for or worry about! But I'm so nervous I can't control my anxiety! Please tell me anything I need to worry about!
