I Was Waxed In My Vaginal Area And Butt Area.

I was waxed in my vaginal area and butt area. The person severely burned me, it has been about 5 days and the irritation on my skin has gotten worse. I have seen my obgyn this week and is aware of the issue, however everything we have tried does not give relief. I am also pregnant and have to be careful with what I put on. Could it be a 1st or 2nd degree burn? What can I do to ease the swelling and itching burning?
