I Was Wearing A 3m Respirator Mask While Cleaning A

I was wearing a 3m respirator mask while cleaning a small bathroom today with the window open halfway and I used copius amounts of bleach. I was exposed 10 minutes at a time for 3 different occasions. Now, my nose is slightly agitated into my throat and I can't smell hardly anything. I am not coughing, wheezing, or feel burning. But I am extremely concerned about my sense of smell. The company that makes the masks says the mask will protect me from the harmful fumes of the bleach but not the chlorine smell. My mouth is somewhat dry and I am really nervous if I caused irreversal damage to my sense of smell and mucuous tract. Are the effects likely temporary? Is there anything I can do?
