I Was Wearing Earrings And They Had The Little Clear

I was wearing earrings and they had the little clear plastic backings. I managed to get the earing out, but I am almost curtain the rubber backings are still in both my ears! Help I need to get these out ASAP! I don't want to go to the emergency room or anything like that. I need a home remedy!
