I Was Weed Whacking And Something Flew Up My Nostril

I was weed whacking and something flew up my nostril about a year ago I've had increased sense of smell and bad odor and sensitivity in nasal tip I'm pretty sure there a foreign object in nasal cavity. I am super congested all the time and constantly blowing nose what can I do at home to remove this?
