I Was Wiping My 4 Year Old Daughter After A

I was wiping my 4 year old daughter after a bowel movement. Once the back end is clean, I always wipe her front as well to make sure everything is clean. This time she said it hurt and there was blood on the baby wipe. I laid her down to take a look and the blood was from her vagina, not her bottom. Obviously, this really concerned me! I know the hymen bleeds if it is broken, is it possible that I somehow damaged it by wiping too hard with the baby wipe or is it something else? I made a doctor appointment, but the earliest they could see her is two days from now and I want some peace of mind. I feel horrible thinking that I might have hurt her or somehow damaged her privates. I absolutely know that no one has abused her, but the sight of blood really has me worried.
