I Was Wondering. I Was Eating Some Hamburger And Suddenly

I was wondering. I was eating some hamburger and suddenly choked on some and I felt it go into my sinuses I cleared them by coughing and then I drank some coke. every since then my sinuses have been acting up. someone told me that coke cleared my sinus passages is this true?
