I Was Wondering If There Was Anything That Might Explain

I was wondering if there was anything that might explain smelling something sweet in the 'air' , lately i have started feeling overly FULL , refluxing up food after eating and smelling some sweet, not sure if there are related or not, I wanted to see if there is something that I can start researching...thanks Allison
