I Was Wondering That My Daughter Is On Diflucan That

I was wondering that my Daughter is on Diflucan that has been given this drug for gonorrhea and that she was retested for this and it showed up that she does not have this gonorrhea but was told that she does not have any choice she has to take it any way from another doctor that I don't trust can this harm her?
