I Was Wondering The Possibility Of Failing A Hair Folicle

I was wondering the possibility of failing a hair folicle test. I had gone about 14 months without smoking and then smoked 3 times within the last month, the last time being 10/13/16, I want to apply for a job that I know does hair testing...I have dyed hair, but my natural color is a dirty blond, I'm 5'5" and 130lbs...I took about 5 hits the first 2 times, and 1 hit the last time I did it...I also was going to buy a home test to see those results...are those accurate with the lab tests that employers use? Thanks!
