I Was Wondering What May Be The Cause Of My

I was wondering what may be the cause of my symptoms, I have horrible back pain in my lower back that radiates towards down and around to my stomach. I also have a cramping in one spot in my abdomen right of my belly button towards my hips. I have a headache in the back of my head that radiates to the top portion of my spine as well as nausea. I do have chronic migraines and an ovarian cyst and my concern was that it may have burst. Thank you for you help
