I Was Wondering What My Symptoms Mean. Low Grade Fever,

I was wondering what my symptoms mean. Low grade fever, hot flashes, very lethargic,want to sleep constantly, loss of appetite, after 3 days, I have a measle like rash on my upper body. The other symptons went away after the rash appeared. Just a light rash. Went to a clinic with this same ailment in July, but they didn't have an answer.
