I Was Wondering What Would Cause The Following: I Felt

I was wondering what would cause the following:
I felt a flutter in my heart then shortly after I had a small pressure in my right lung and it was like something burst and then bubbled. after that it felt like something floated up into my neck. now i am experience sudden pain that travels up my neck to the right side of my head, my vision gets funny in my right eye and I have a sudden pain like that of a headache only on my right side or like a pressure along the right side of my face/neck. is this anything to be concerned about
