I Was Wondering Why I Was Having The Same Recurring

I was wondering why I was having the same recurring symptons and what they might mean. They include:
Getting hiccups several times a day (off and on for months)
Difficulty swallowing food (goes very slow, feels like I'm choking) for several months to varying degrees
also voice changes/hoarseness and feeling as though something is in my neck making me uncomfortable
Last two weeks feeling ill, fatigue feverish (low-grade) and body aches
