I Was Working Building Cabinets And Nearly Shot A Nail

I was working building cabinets and nearly shot a nail from one side of my thumb through the other. Shortly after I smoked a couple of cigarettes to calm my nerves but when I started driving home I started getting dizzy and started losing my vision. I had to pull over cause I knew I wouldn't make it home. And when I did I could barely breathe and started sweating profusely with my account full blast. After a few minutes I started to calm down and felt a little better. But since then I haven't felt the same. Should I worry??
