I Was Working In My Yard When All Of A

I was working in my yard when all of a sudden I felt this sharp pain in my groin...right where the left leg connects to the body on the inside of the thigh. the pain comes and goes...I can put weight on the leg with no problem ad can climb steps with no problem. The pain can hit me just sitting still or when I walk around.
