I Was Working In The Gym 3 Years Ago, And

I was working in the Gym 3 years ago, and my coach told me that he has some medicine that will help me to grow my body but it is not steroids. I used them in India. But after 6 months when I have to go away for work he told me to use some tablets to take the substances from the body. Although I used that medicine but then I come to know he gave me steroids. Now I want to know that how to be assured that my body doesn't have steroids. And If it is there then how to kick out it. I need urgent help
