I Was Working Today Breaking Big Rocks With A Hammer

I was working today breaking big rocks with a hammer I was using all my equipment and like later on today I started seeing rainbow colors on my left time don't know what happend but I keep getting the green stuff that comes out and still seeing rainbow should I go get a eye check up I'm 18 never really had this problem
