I Was Worried My Four Year Old Granddaughter May Have

I was worried my four year old granddaughter may have found my 40mg propranolol tablets in my bag and taken one - if she had what would have happened? I am 99% sure she did not but that worry is still in my head - it is now 22 hours since I thought she did it and she has been absolutely fine.
