I Washed My Comforters @ A Laundry Mat Last Week

I washed my comforters @ a laundry mat last week because didn't fit n my washer. Dried them there 2. 1 want dried so brought them home n finished drying here@ home. But since then, I have been itching non my arms, legs, head. Don't c head lice. C sum tiny red marks on arm,belly, etc. What should I do n how will I know what it is?
