I Wear Glasses And Have Constant "nerve" Pain Behind My

I wear glasses and have constant "nerve" pain behind my left ear from the frame earpiece. They have been adjusted, they are not tight..my question is...would botox injections help? I have been cutting up lidocaine patches and wearing them, which helps but this is not a viable long term fix.
