I Wen To See A Urgent Care Doctor Tuesday. I

I wen to see a urgent care doctor Tuesday. I was told I have allergies. At the time my throat was mostly scratchy. Now My throat is hurting severely. Difficulty swallowing anything including saliva, hurts when I move my body, cough or talk.
I gargled warm salt water. Used Vicks. Had warm water with lemon and honey. I also took aleve for pain.
Suggestion's please.
