I Went 3 Months Without Eating Much Each Day Because

I went 3 months without eating much each day because I was going through a withdrawal from Topamax. I'm not diabetic but I was having hypoglycemic episodes so I had an A1C done and it was 4.4%, I also found out I'm vitamin d deficient. Can not eating for this long cause hypoglycemia and tingling in the body?
I've had every blood test in the book done, all of which are normal. All of my symptoms came after I got of Topamax (I stopped cold turkey after being on 200mg/day for 1 1/2 yrs)
