I Went Boogey Boarding And Got Thrown Into The Board

I went boogey boarding and got thrown into the board by a wave and it hit my rib age very hard. Knocked the wind out of me but it didn't hurt. As the week has gone on I have felt more pain in this area. If I push on the run age part that naturally protrudes out it hits but I can breathe fine and twist my body fine.
