I Went Camping Over The Weekend And I Woke Up

I went camping over the weekend and I woke up yesterday morning and my hand thru the below my knuckles are red and splotchy, is this some kind of rash or bite? It doesn't itch or hurt and I thought it could be a sunburn but it doesn't feel like a sunburn.
