I Went Cliff Jumping When I Hit The Water And

I went cliff jumping when I hit the water and went under I heard a giant pop.. Then my ears were burning in pain, I've tried to pop them multiple times but the water doesn't seem to be coming out. I live in a place that has lots of hills and the drive home was excruciating! What can I do to stop the pain?
