I Went For A 12 Week Scan And The Nuchal

I went for a 12 week scan and the nuchal measurement was 7.1mm and the dr also mentioned that one of the valves was leaking. I.e pumping half the blood and that she couldn’t see the nasal bone. My blood test came back with 1:4 for trisomy 21 and 1:5 for trisomy 18. My question is without going any further with other tests, based on the above what are the chances of having a normal healthy baby, because my doctor informed me that based on what she sees, I wouldn’t be able to take this baby home.
