I Went For A Chest X-ray As A Result Of

I went for a chest X-ray as a result of mild chest pain and the result of the X-ray showed mild cardiomegaly of left ventricular preponderance. Aorta is not unfolded, lung fields are clear and normal thoracic cage. I am worried about the mild cardiomegaly. Is this a serious condition?
