I Went For A Physical On Friday. The Doctor Said

I went for a physical on Friday. The doctor said that my sugar level was 477. He immediately sent me to the hospital. I was given insulin injections. I was released on Saturday afternoon. Today I began to experience severe pain during urination. Urine is VERY cloudy. I plan on going back to the doctor on Monday, but can you give an idea of what os going on?
