I Went In 3 Weeks Ago To Get A Test

I went in 3 weeks ago to get a test to see if I had a urinary tract infection because I was feeling pressure in my pelvic area and frequent urination. Test was neg. for UTI. The pressure feeling continued for about a week and then subsided but in the last couples days came back with frequent urination and now blood when I wipe. Made an appt. to see gyn doctor but wondering if could actually be UTI even though it was neg. a couple weeks ago?
