I Went In As A Walk In Patient And Was

I went in as a walk in patient and was told I had shingles. I have no rash and the only pain I have feels like a muscle strain in the upper quadrant of my back on the right hand side. My most distressing symptoms is nausea and gas. Can it be any other thing than shingles?
