I Went In For Pre Op Test Today For Bariatric

I went in for pre op test today for bariatric surgery this coming Friday. They did a chest X-ray and blood work up which was fine. My ekg came back abnormal for ST & T wave abnormality, consider inferior ischemia but sinus rhythm is normal.
I'm worried about this issue. I've never had a abnormal ekg from my knowledge and can this postponed my surgery.
