I Went Into ER With Terrible Pain In Upper Abdomen.

I went into ER with terrible pain in upper abdomen. it got worse with pushing and releasing area. They felt I had appendicitis which I did too but all negative tests. They did do a CAT scan which showed a growth in the small colon and the surface of the liver had growths which they could not specify what they were. I am set up for a MRI awaiting a colonscopy but am still having the pain and fatigue. Any suggestions
