I Went Into A Coma At The Age Of 24,

I went into a coma at the age of 24, while giving birth to my child. They called it Encyphalitis. I woke up about 3 weeks later. About a month later I started having seizures. I had 2 brain surgeries, in 2008. I have an issue with getting along with people and feeling sympathy for others. I tend to get into arguments with almost everyone. Not because I want to, but it feels as though people are against me or in competition with me. It has to be something that is wrong with me. I'm wondering if part of my brain didn't fully develop after experiencing that coma and those seizures. I know that at the age of 24 your frontal lobe is developing and your rationality sensors haven't fully developed until 25. Is this what's going on with me? Am I just completely unable to think rationally? I'm a very logical thinker, but I don't believe that is the same as rational.
