I Went Into The Hospital 4 Days Ago For Non

I went into the hospital 4 days ago for non stop stomach pains. The doctor put me on an IV and gave me a cat scan to see if my appendix was ok just inflamed. They told me to come back if the pain doesn't get better in 2 days. Well it still hurts to walk and cough. Plus I started getting diarrhea and puking. Should I go in or wait it out???
