I Went Jogging/walking For 40 Mins About 3 Hours After

I went jogging/walking for 40 mins about 3 hours after a lunch where I drank a bunch of wine.
I'm 57 years old and in good physical condition.
When I urinated about an hour after finishing the run/walk, I had blood in my urine at first, then cleared up.
Any thoughts?
