I Went Kind Of Deaf 2 Weeks Ago In My

I went kind of deaf 2 weeks ago in my right ear just suddenly and with a fair amount of pain. Went to the doctor on Wednesday and she said my ear was inflamed and there was no wax whatsoever in it. Got antibiotics and painkillers. It's now Monday and I'm finished with the course of antibiotics, ear is still fairly sore and still partially deaf, also anytime I blow my nose or sneeze or anything air is coming out of it and it's making the pain worse? Should I go doctor again or is this normal?
