I Went On Vacation For 5 Days And My Vowel

I went on vacation for 5 days and my vowel moments were not regular, I only had one on my trip. When I came home I had a large bowel moment, but now I notice a piece of extra skin and I am itching? What can the problem be? I thought maybe I had popped one of my hemorrhoid out, but I don't have a history of exposed hemorrhoids!
