I Went Out To Eat Saturday And Sunday Night, Then

I went out to eat Saturday and Sunday night, then about noon yesterday I started having really bad lower abdominal pains about every 20 minutes but just a little bit of solid poop. By about 4pm yesterday it was watery diarrhea about every 20 min - 30 min. I took a Tums that didn't work so I took 2 pepto tabs. That didn't work. I had constant diarrhea until about 1am. Then just about every 2-3 hours. Today I had one solid poop but I still have the cramping about every 30 minutes and gas.
