I Went Pee And The Water Was Full Of "blood"

I went pee and the water was full of "blood" than it settled in the bottom. I went to urgent care and the urine test came back 2+ blood. No infections. My pain is uncomfterble- distracting. I don't have a pcp right now. Should I go to the ER for more testing or should I wait? I have had small kindney stones in the past and I have IBS.
