I Went Shopping And Started Getting Dizzy Spells 15mins Into

I went shopping and started getting dizzy spells 15mins into shopping so I headed back home. I took my blood pressure and its 130 over 65. I had an angiogram on Friday and 70% of my right artery is blocked.I got medication but when I started taking it on Friday night my heart was racing all night,so I stopped taking them. I am planning to contact my cardiologist on Monday. what could i do meanwhile?
