I Went Shower Last Time And When I Came Out,

I went shower last time and when I came out, there was a sum of ants gathering around/on my underwear on top on my liners (daily liners, I change them a few time throughout the day) what could be the cause? My grandma has diabetic but i don't know which type. could I have diabetes as well?
