I Went Through Menopause About 15 Years Ago. I Never

I went through menopause about 15 years ago. I never had hot flashed. The last month or two I all of sudden get warm, it can be day or night. The last couple of days I have gotten warmer than usual during my treadmill ( about 3.5/hour) workouts. I also feel like I don't have much energy
