I Went Through The "symptom Overview" And Answered All Questions.

I went through the "symptom overview" and answered all questions. I am having additional symptoms that were not asked. I have been throwing up bile because I cant eat and I am not a "over eater" as far as the feeling bloated and gassy due to being over full. This has been going on for over 4 days in addition to erratic heart palpitations, I cant lay down and can only lay on my right side. I am also having difficulty in taking a deep breathe and have to stop and catch my breath. I have also experiencing cold sweats and flashes of fever. It also appears to be worse at night when I am trying to lay down, I have reverted to sleeping sitting up. I am contemplating an ER visit???
