I Went Thru A Ten Day Bout Of Daily Diarrhea.

I went thru a ten day bout of daily diarrhea. I only felt sick one of those days but it did sap my strenght. I did a two day fast from fats, fiber and dairy and then started drinking water kefir a few days before it stopped. I then went about 8 days feeling just fine while mindful of my fatigue and two days ago came down again with 24 hours of diarrhea and severe stomach pain. to day my stomach is tender but otherwise i am OK. I am living in a small town in Ecuador.
