I Went To Cancun, Mexico 2 Months Ago And Came

I went to Cancun, Mexico 2 months ago and came back with a vaginal infection. I went to a Dr 9 days ago and have been on Amoxicillin 500mg tid. No relief from burning, itching and clear drainage. What do I do as I have no ins. and pay for all my healthcare and am on Medicare only!
